Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the spa tub in the room was amazing! We loved having our own private hot tub to soak in. Breakfast was good. They have 3 different types of waffle makers, eggs, potatoes, and either sausage or bacon, and the usual continental breakfast options like pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. The pool and hot tub are nice, and they have a dry sauna! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future!

The breakfast was great & the breakfast staff was wonderful. We asked the front counter gentleman for a map of the stores in town & he didn't have any or even know what we were talking about. We went to the pizza place down the street & they had a stack go them. We also asked it they had Uber eats or DoorDash in town & he said definitely not !!! Which I found out the next day, they do have !!! We were tired & he ( tall guy with the beard ) was not helpful at all, unfortunately. The beds were wonderful & we slept very well. Loved the location, right down the street from the Lake.

Cute little town to stay in. The lake and trees are gorgeous! Best western looked exactly like the website showed. Cute, clean, comfy beds. The pool was warm and the pool room was too! Perfect for swimming in the evening after traveling. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Eggs, hashbrowns, fruit, oatmeal, yogurts, hot chocolate, juices, make your own waffles, pastries in fridge, bagels, to-go boxes. It was done very well. I also really liked that the bathroom had the tub/shower and toilet in one room, and the sink and mirror right outside. This was especially helpful for 4 people needing to use it to shower after swimming.

Excellent customer service from staff, rooms were comfy and clean, quiet when we were there, even saw a few deer walking near our room window. Pool and spa were working and the entire place had a great atmosphere. The cookies in the evening were a great bonus. Breakfast in the morning was good if a little sparse (the staff explained the USFS folks staying cleaned them out a bit before we ever got up and got down there, so not their fault). They are absolutely pet friendly and there were quite a few people staying with pets when we were there. There is a good pet area to take your pups over to so they can do their business, which was kept clean and well maintained.

The room was clean anf comfortable and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options. zMy omly complaint was that I am only 5 feet tall and the bed was so high that at 84 years old I had a hard time climbing into bed.

Breakfast offerings were amazing. Room was very nice. Main bed was very comfortable...the pull out couch not so much, but that is kind of to be expected. Room included a small fridge and microwave. Liked that the shower/toilet room was separate from the vanity/sink. Pool/hot tub was open 24 hrs which made it possible to find a time to enjoy without a ton of children present. Staff were all very polite and cheerful. Very nice lobby with two separate areas...one with a fireplace and couches and the other a TV. A big bonus was the trailer parking area as we came to snowmobile in the area.

The staff was great. There was a young gentleman who was cooking omelets for breakfast, he was funny, engaging, and made everyone feel comfortable. The hotel was great. No issues at all!
